I shopped around a bit and contacted a few firms. Solec were one of the quickest to come out.
Stuart explained everything in such a way that even I could understand it.
We were booked in soon after the site visit.
The installation was first class and carried out in a professional manner without any fuss. They left the place tidier than when they came!
The quote was the lowest we were given. I suspect that all the other’s were just salesman who booked contractors afterwards. With Solec it’s all in-house, which enables them to be so professional and competitive.
They after sales service was great. I’m not very technically minded so I called a few times after the installation and Stuart dealt with all my queries promptly (and patiently!).
Despite the fact that the sun has barely shone since it was done we’re still saving money. I reckon that this will pay for itself in less than 5 years. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I can’t understand why anyone wouldn’t have this fitted.
